Games have long since been a part of my life. They have lured me into the world where it’s just me and the game. There is no one to bother me for it is a time to rest and get away from all the commotion. The games have to appeal to the audience before they buy it and then they look at the price and if they can afford it. For me I look on my email account and see what new games are coming out. I have Gamestop email me once every week. The prices have been increased almost by $10 for a brand new game, but for me it doesn’t stop me from buying them to have fun when I get home everyday from school.
Wooksoon Jung/.////Game, it is only a thing that makes me very joyful and makes me out of reality. From games I can many get rests of the life and games lure me to play. Sometimes I realize that games are not useful to me, but I cannot stop it. I think that is the power of the game which lure people a lot. I love to see brand new product(games) at the game site. I think almost people couldn't endure their lifes without games.
I really like video games but i don't really play it much because i don't have anything that i can play it with. But they are pretty fun!
I can relate to the variety of people in the article, but not to a point that I will not give my kids lunch money. The way that I relate is that video games like GTA IV is an amazing game and it does have a "a super stimulating artificial environment" because I too get very addicted to video games fast, although when I can’t beat a level then I just get pissed and not play the game for a couple of weeks. The increase in price is for a good cause after a beating the video game.
I'm not crazy that about games now. But I like play game, and when I found something interesting game, I put everything out of me, and I just work to clear the game. Today many games are developing. And many game tools also. I think many people will get addicted to the game, maybe they started for joy, and they can't stop when they want. And now we can enjoy game anywhere!
Me personally I love playing video games, I usually play them every day. I think that I can relate to the variety of the people in this article. But not to the point that I would ground my kids and not give them lunch money. I also think that kids should play video games but not to get too attached to them.
I truely can't relate to any of these people because I'm horrible at video games and seo be them them to be a complete waste of time. It is extremely irresposible of these people to go out and buy something when they know that they cannot afford it that time. When going as far as not giving your own children lunch money, that just shows that there is a serious problem going on. So maybe these people need an escape from reality and that's okay, but it is definately not okay when it begins to affect those around you.
To tell you the truth I’m not a big fan of video games, truly I think there are better things to do in life than play a video game. When I reached to the part where I read that people stopped giving their kids lunch money I got disgusted and didn’t want to continue reading the article, I never knew that people can be addicted in this way. Thank God I’m not one of those people and in the future if my son was a video game maniac, I would set standards and limit the time of hours he play I don’t want him to grow up and be like those people.
To tell you the truth, I rarely play video games because I pretty much suck at them. Also, like what Abdullah said, I think there are better things to do in life rather than play video games all day. Relating to this article, I think this video gaming is going beyond limits. What do they mean living on milk, eggs, and video games for months? Are these people going nuts? If this thing were for a good cause, like Global Warming, people would have said to go for it and live ONLY on bread. For example, Ryan Holt is 21 years old in college. He is saying that he is going to give up his cell-phone for a video game. Do you seriously think these people are right about all of this? Laws should try to forbid this nonsense because it’s out of the ordinary.
I know how the people in this article feel, because I do love video games, maybe not to the extent that some of these people do but I do love video games and I know how they can get addicting. I do get lunch money thou.
