It seems that almost everyone uses Google. Their system works well and people seem to get the results that they want. Google makes its money through advertising. The ads that we see when we search generally do not interfere with the process and are not obvious. This week’s article is about how that is going to change. Go to the link below and read the article. Write a reflective comment that addresses my questions and expresses your opinion about the topic.

I think Google is finally acting smart about things. This should of done video advertising in the first place. Before when they have advertisements with less than 12 words on it it wasn't very effective for example if they had an add about a car sale saying "come by our new released cars" a crucial thing that they might've left out could be "NO trade-ins" or people might not know what type cars sewn their selling all of this can be dealed with by just simply putting the 10-15 minute video clip of what they're selling and some information. But in the end it doesn't matter what we think because Google has the money to do it and they want to its not like we can do anything about it
Like my mother always said, “it’s your money spend it how you want.” If it makes the format better then yeah they should. I can’t say what is appropriate for Google to include in its advertisements. I think these questions are called “dumb questions.” No I have not seen anything like those types on Google. I totally agree with the reactions that the people gave. The only way I will stop is if there are pop-ups.
To me I think what Google is doing is very smart, nowadays people are using advertisements to get what they want. An example of that would be Gucci shoes on facebook on the left margin of your profile there’s a picture of men’s Gucci shoes, this always grabbed my attention not because I want to buy these shoes, but because I saw the picture that was on the left of my profile. I’m not saying that people aren’t buying these shoes I’m just saying that I’m not. I believe that anything would be appropriate to use on this application because Google benefits and also the business that is advertising, because it shows what they are selling. Yes I have seen some examples of this type of advertising on the BMW website where they show you the features of their cars and what the car provides with a trailer and some pictures. I agree and disagree with peoples reactions because some say that it would be helpful and some say they would stop using Google if that happens. No I wouldn’t stop using Google if they change their format because the only reason I use Google is to find information of my liking I don’t surf Google for its advertisement.
No, it's not really that wrong for Google to change it's form of advertising. It's their property so they should be able to do what they want with it. Some things that they should advertise are maybe just t.v. shows or just other small things like that, nothing extravagant. The people that are posting their comments below the article do have a right to be mad, but some of them are just plain being ridiculous. I'm not going to stop using Google just because of some silly advertisements that show up. But, what Google does is up to them and everyone should just lay off.
No, I don’t think it’s wrong for Google to change the format of its advertising. In this kind of advertisement, there are images, video clips, and movie trailers making a person want to open it and see what these ads are about. In my opinion, I think Google should have any kind of advertisements because it’s a site where a lot of people use and get information from. The information could be useful or just for fun, so I think Googles advertisements should vary.
Although I don’t use this universal search, it looks very useful. One reason that this search tool effective is that it’s easier to find out information with all these kinds of tools like videos, pictures, news stories, …etc. Looking at the peoples comments below the article, I don’t agree with the people’s reactions because Google will still have the same information it used to have. So what I it adds more advertisements and all of the things that people say it’s going to have? In conclusion, I won’t stop using Google because their advertisements are going to change.
I believe that it is not wrong for Google to change the format, if the buyer is willing to pay. It is appropriate for Google to put a link, but not a trailer video. The effect that I have noticed is the search result takes more time to go to the link slower. Yes I agree, but people have their own opinion. No, I won’t stop using Google because it is an amazing search engine.
no,i don't think it is wrong for Google to change the format for advertising because people can get new stuff out of advertisements. The appropiate things that Google to include in advertisements is stuff that are usefull for students and jobs searching for older people. I like the effect they are doing because it makes people want to use Google more. No, i'll still use Google if the format of their advertising changes.
Wooksoon////////I think changing the format of advertising is not wrong. Because Google is a company, it has right to change the format or something else. If many people say that it is wrong, then they don't need to use it. I think video with text is good advertisement. When they advertise a car, they show a car with the explanation in text, it is a good idea. The universal search is a nice thing. Actually, it is not Google, I saw that kind of stuff in Korean site. When I click a play button of the video clip, it shows very specific thing about the ads. I don't agree with the comments in the article. Many people say only in a bad way. Everything has not only bad things, but also has good things. I think it is good to wait until Google start the ads. I won't stop using Google. I think using google and its ads don't have any relationship.
In my opinion, I think Google shouldn’t have advertisements because it’s a site that a lot of people use and get information from. The information could be useful or just for fun, but I don’t think anyone actually looks at the advertisements because usually they are useless so I don’t think that Google should have advertisements. In my opinion I would not stop using Google because it is a really good search engine, but I still think that it shouldn’t have all those useless advertisements.
